I think they finally got rid of the "bring the wood" unis. Those were even worse than these "anthracite" abominations.

No, but my point is that the "regular" uniforms aren't what we wore for a good part of our history. People act like we've never changed it up with uniforms, when we have. I was a baby in the 80's but I'm sure it was controversial when they switched to the "SOONERS" jerseys. One game every other year or so in alternate jerseys is not the end of the world haha

The changes they made in the 80s were not wholesale changes. The unis still had the familiar Oklahoma crimson and cream theme.

If he would start trusting his OLine he can get back on track. They had great protection vs Bama so many times and he scrambled out of protection.
