Oklahoma came into this week No. 6 nationally in passing yds allowed per game, 88.0. Today at Temple, the Sooners allowed just 78.

That and 26 yds rushing allowed -- a total of 104 yds of offense by the Owls, or less than half the 219 per game OU had allowed (was 17th in FBS).

Strange stat

Temple QB was 2nd in QBR coming in.

He went 13/27 for 75

Thats an avg of 2.8 yards!! How is it even possible to only avg that much per attempt.

It really does, but we look good everywhere. OL is playing great, WR's are strong. You can't say enough about Mateer. Still would like to see our RB room carry a little more. Solid at TE.

This is a really good football team with great leadership.

Any word on the appeal of that bogus targeting call on RMT?

Nope. Appeals are rarely approved by the commie NCAA

lol - your comment prompted my mind's eye to see again that t-shirt The Boz had made and wore on the sideline with the subdued commentary on alleged steroid use: NCAA - National Communists Against Athletes.
Good times!
