Glad we have an extra day off. Michigan plays WMU today at 6:30 on NBC. Can watch and see how new coach is.

Holy cow!!! Also, Jason Witten already earned every penny of his contract. To play so many TE’s in so many formations for so many plays means he had to have them ready. TE is Swiss Army Knife spot doing so many things. Amazing how much difference it makes and over the year it might get us an extra win or more. It reduces pressure and load in other spots. And can be productive. Future TE’s in HS will see how many played and want to be part of it. We will have ti increase his pay end of season I bet. Its early but damn.
Side note, our offense had one extra series taken away but the punt return TD, and was early when we had O starters in. So that will decrease some O player stats.

According to Pro Football Focus, OU ran 50 of its 59 offensive plays out of 12 personnel.
Last year, OU only ran 12 personnel on 78 plays for the entire season!
Side note, our offense had one extra series taken away but the punt return TD, and was early when we had O starters in. So that will decrease some O player stats.

Something lost last night and some were saying our DLine wasn’t getting push. Actually they got too much push and made some escape routes.
I think this was a game players knew we had in hand and went overboard to make a splash play like sack or TFL or turnover. Once they play normal sound rush we’ll actually get more sacks.
