Hillshire Farm smoked sausage says it's included in only 2% of the ingredients, but what if they're lying?

I'm not a chemist.

I'll go ahead and include the What Year Is It guy because I truly like that guy and would have a few beers with him. Moreso than most of you, especially all you millenials, except for my boy Skyler

Nitrates are a natural part of any normal diet. However, some research suggests that high levels can cause problems such as colorectal cancer. Other diseases such as leukemia, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, heart disease, and ovarian, stomach, esophageal, pancreatic and thyroid cancers, may be linked to excessive consumption of sodium nitrate.

You don't have to increase max after you're not an athlete anymore

Low weight higher reps to burn fat is fine

What is "cart"?

I'm ok

I know I don't have to work on building muscle anymore, but I want to. Also have been losing fat while gaining muscle as a result so im happy. And that 50 extra pounds isn't a max. Its repping weight. I try to do higher weight if I can, but I do drop weight to get all the reps I want in

cart means my grocery cart. how goes your progress?

sounds good - losing fat is good

I'm still below 200

I'm going to build a green house in the back yard I think by March

natural tomatoes and fricktons of natural peppers and spices

maybe a stationary machine gun pointed at the most probable Illuminati entrances to my back yard, like the one the Jackal shot off Jack Black's arm with

Only the best threads get posted on the OT
Maybe I'll add a thread critiquing every episode of Dr. Phil

Good to hear. Ive lost all the fat I gained from my last desk job. Nearly 20 pounds worth. Back below 200 as well and feelin much better

Garden/greenhouse is a good idea. Tomatoes from it are 10 times better than store bought crap

That's a good idea

I've been emailing Megan Markle for her thoughts on that very thing - I imagine she's seen a few motes in her recent travels and maybe cranked out some survey numbers in her head

No, pussydoodles.

I do an outdoor workout class 2x per week that is like CrossFit light (no cult) and run 3x per week. Next 1/2 marathon in 3 weeks.

I nose.

I didn’t get into all this running until 4-5 years ago and spent more time with weights back then. Kind of got addicted to it after that. I’m old and lifting weights seems to pack on the lbs. now. So conditioning and cardio it is. The group workouts include a strength portion before conditioning, so that helps build some muscle. And the conditioning usually always included weights.
