No way. At any given time the FBI estimates that there are anywhere between 35 and 50 active serial killers in the US. Many times murders aren't even identified as victims of a serial killer because of the transient tendencies of many of the killers and their chosen victims.

yes but your vote in 08 was all that was needed. It is very difficult to knock a sitting president out of office. Therefore a vote for him in 08 was basically locking him in for 8 years. The only way to beat him was a good candidate and a great manager that is of the carville type caliber. Neither happened so therefore you have cat care.

This is one of the biggest horseshite arguments I continue to see used. The percentages of black people committing these sorts of crimes mirror the percentages of the black population at large. They actually are slightly higher than the percentage of black population.
The only reason this argument gets made is it's the only type of crimes that blacks aren't the overwhelming majority offenders. It's the most hollow argument ever, and anyone who makes it should be ashamed.

Chicago alone has over 300 murders this year. Nearly all of them in South Chicago.
That would equal more than 10 murders each for your 30 white serial killers. Sounds about right.

and here's some proof that they are happening in African American communities. East and South Chicago for the most part.
It's not racist to say that there is a problem. I have already said I think drugs are the main issue, and that many AA's grow up seeing selling drugs as the only way to make a living and provide for themselves and their families. But I'm sure many of these are revenge killings too. The culture with inner city AA's is 'kill or be killed'.
it's a shame.

It was a pretty wild time in Baton Rouge at that point. I actually went to school with one of the victims kid. He was probably 4 or 5 grades below me.
