My favorite state not named Texas is probably Tennessee.
I love East and Middle Tennessee. The smokies are awesome. Nashville doesn’t need an introduction. The only part I do not have any interest in is western TN. They could give everything west of the Tennessee River to Mississippi.
Florida is easily the most overrated state in the country IMO. North Florida is redneck and has no interesting culture and nothing to see besides the beaches. Central Florida has more people, is more redneck and more trashy. South Florida is okay but still overrated and the rest of the state sucks so bad it brings that one decent part down.

I have been to all 50 states, though I am not sure I actually count ND because it is the one I haven't actually spent a day outside the car in, just the drive through on I-94.
My favorite is by far Hawaii specifically Kauai, we spend a month there every year and I hate the last day there every time.
