Rival store to Steam, they've been paying to get exclusives on PC to get people to download their program and use it rather than steam

It had its moments, but there was just so much to hate about it. For one, pretty much all the characters sucked. Janeway was a terrible captain, Kim, Chakotay, Neelix, Tuvok all sucked. Janeway straight up murdered Tuvix. The best characters on Voyager were the Doctor and Jerri Ryan's tits.

But the worst part of Voyager is all the potential they had that is squandered. They eventually had a couple interesting storylines, but overall the writing was lazy and boring. Discovery has a chance to really "do right" a lot of the issues that people wanted to see explored with being so alone and cutoff from the rest of Starfleet

He got assimilated by the Borg and not only lived but became the reason that the Borg were defeated

Gorn Kirk would've gotten ripped to shreds by the Mirror Universe Gorn that Archer fought

So he got assimilated into an alien hive mind? I don't see that as being better than killing the alien.

the Mirror Universe Gorn

Is that basically a super gorn?
I don't think it matters, he'd still build the gun and shoot it.

I’m definitely interested in the new one. Is it going to be a CBS online thing like Discovery only or will it be broadcast traditionally?

Pretty sure it's going to be CBS All-Access only, just like Discovery (well, unless you live outside the US). Same with the Section 31 spinoff with Georgiou

I'm okay with that though tbh because add two new Star Trek series to Discovery and the new Twilight Zone series that I've really enjoyed outside the 1st episode, and I'll actually feel like I'm getting my money's worth out of my subscription

Gorn aren't even worth the time for the Borg to assimilate

Compared to the Gorn that Kirk fought, basically. The difference between a guy in a shitty costume in the 60s vs shitty low-budget early 00s computer animation

I'd be inclined to say the bad costume looks slightly less bad than the old cgi, but not much
Ive never seen much of Enterprise. I need to watch it

Don’t, it’s bad. Its theme song alone tells you how garbage it is.

It certainly doesn't fit the motif of the other shows' themes
00s subversion of expectations at its best

Voyager has the best theme song hands down. Didn’t like Discovery’s at first but its grown on me. Enterprise had the worst. TOS just makes me laugh when I hear it.

Enterprise is true Trek in that the first season is by far the worst. But the Temporal Cold War is a must watch arc.

Good thing about Enterprise that makes it easier to get through until the good stuff starts are T'Pol, Hoshi, and Porthos.

T'Pol:

Hoshi:

Porthos:

(You get hand bras of both T'Pol and Hoshi in Enterprise)
