Honestly not sure, seems to come quite easily for some people though.
I guess just annoy the admins. Start a ton of dumb threads, be an less-than-entertaining but committed troll, post grossly offensive things. Stuff like that.

Spicy duck ramen is the bomb. And, unless you go to an Asian grocery, its impossible to find. My room mates from Malaysia loved the stuff and I have to admit, it wasn't bad at all. Just enough spice to kick it up some and a good flavor.

My go to when nothing else will satisfy: basic chicken ramen package, little bit of cajun seasoning, and two sliced soft- or hard-boiled eggs. Cheap meal that is well balanced: protein, carbs, and salt.

As far as the noodles go, I like shrimp. But I like to put some veggies in there. Broccoli and carrots and green onions.
Then you put a splash of fish sauce and soy sauce (salty, but this counteracts the lime), lime juice, cilantro, fresh ginger, and chili sauce. ETA: Most importantly, rice vinegar. The result is something similar to hot and sour soup.
It's good.
