I was going to make a smartass comment about rounding them all up for a while to see if the UFOs stop, but then I researched it and depending on who you believe, there are between 2,500 and 3,500 billionaires worldwide.
Which is just a staggering number to me.
Also staggering that Elon Musk has a quarter of a trillion dollars — there is no way for the average person to even quantify how big of a number that is.
For example, he could buy all 32 teams in the NFL and still have more money than Bill Gates.

I think the OP is on the right track.
However, I think the real question is - who is so rich they can loan the richest country in the world 34 trillion dollars.

STS 48 is just ice particles around the ship. When they fire their booster for positioning, you see a flash(the flash is obviously close to the craft) and then it starts moving.
It's a small piece up close that makes it look far away.
If it was a real UFO, it wouldn't be light up. It's not going to be a light in the sky. It's just a giant waste of energy to do that, and it announces where you are at all times.
