this is where you need to read the OBD codes.
If there are none, a timing chain is good place to start.

That is after you check fuel condition, which im sure you have.

I hope none of your head bolts are broken. I motors are somewhat bad about it.

Have you had the cylinder head checked? If not, send it to a machine shop and have them check it for a crack.

And of course it doesn't act up at all for mechanic/technician so the codes are coil and cam shaft
