Your statement is invalid, if you are eating a biscuit that was made at a food joint, it is not "home made" as that would require that it had been mixed and baked in a home.

Well either way they are good, I don't care
I saw a thing on travel channel a year or so ago and it showed them in the back making the dough and pressing it out, Etc.
So I guess they are lying? I've always heard it's made from scratch

Made from scratch can be correct, home made is not.
