i don't support troops on the ground in Syria if only b/c a Democrat president would just move them out if they won the peace and nothing will have been gained.

Iraq didn't work out b/c OBama pulled the troops after they had won the peace. it was the opposite of nation building that caused Iraq to be run by ISIS.
