Now Weather Tech or similar mats and interior products are available to save the carpet. It's a popular item, but it's not cheap.

So you got carpet over the vinyl, which costs more, and vinyl over the carpet, which will cost you more again still.

Why not just go with the original vinyl floor?

It’s a truck. It should have vinyl floors.

Oddly enough, every truck I’ve ever owned just happen to have carpet.

That I fricking destroyed.

Some people don't want or need carpet or "expensive" mats; ask a farmer.

Yeah, and you can wash the vinyl floors out with a hose pipe.

I bought a Silverado WT, and the WT stands for actual work truck. I put old vinyl mats over the truck vinyl floors so I just take out the old mats, and hose them down.
