Negotiate a smaller buyout with Sam, he can ditch the lake house in Hot Springs, ditch that godawful monstrosity in the ugly rich section of east Fayetteville where I guess Jim Lindsey thought it would be a good idea to chop down every tree. Then get a house on Beaver Lake and make him an assistant AD of taking Kenny Hatfield to doctors’ appointments
