Loved the campus!!!
Son enjoyed it. Seems Arkansas is a popular place among kids in his class here in St. Louis. He was impressed with the business school and their presentation. I was impressed with how developed the area is as soon as you cross the Arkansas border. Having spent time in Memphis, I grew accustomed to that side of the Missouri-Arkansas border.
Only downside really was that the baseball stadium was a ways away. Also took me about 30 minutes to figure out that they weren't saying "Our Kansans" but rather "Arkansans".
It would be hard to get someone born in Columbia to do the whole Woo Pig Sooie thing but I suppose I could.

The baseball stadium used to be just south of the football stadium, where the IPF and practice fields (above the parking area) are now located. As you might have noticed, we don't have a lot of flat land on the campus proper. It's not a bad walk, and everybody in Fayetteville owns at least one bicycle.

Few places have changed as rapidly as Benton County, Arkansas in the past 20 years. 90% of what you saw from the freeway didn't exist 20 years ago. That area used to be small towns that drove down to Fayetteville for shopping and dining. Now we drive up there.

Tell him to go to TCU, they seem to have somewhat of a St. Louis pipeline

I read the OP and thought this was the beginning of an episode of Scared Straight.

TCU and SMU get a lot of St. Louis private school kids.

Nah. No troll thread. I'd say that Arky is currently the leader in the house. The wild card is that his sister goes to Mizzou and that may sway him that direction. On the flip side, his current girlfriend is going to Arky and 4 or 5 of his close friends.
