we will ALWAYS be on national tv regardless. part of that is because we are the fricking lakers and we have so many fans nation wide, part of it is because we are the fricking lakers and so many people hate us so theyll watch to see us lose, other part is because we still have stars to bring in the casual fan regardless

getting back jordan hills athleticism in the front court will be a plus. nash needs to stay healthy. that is the wild card this year
Have they said yet if Hill will start? I remember when Kaman signed that they kicked the tires on a Kaman/Gasol front court which would be fricking stupid

i havent heard anything yet. it is my understanding that we want to start kaman so we can keep gasol at the 4 but hill NEEDS to get playing time so even if he isnt starting, he will still get probably close to 30 minutes

Kaman starts to leave Gasol at the 4 to wreck shite

I just hate Gasol at the 4 now. He's too damn slow to defend the 4 plus D'Antoni has him too far away from the basket on offense. Gasol/Bynum didn't work and neither did Gasol/Howard.
The bread and butter of the championship teams was Gasol at center with LO playing off him.

when he was playing center, he played on the low block on the strong side, when he was playing the 4 he was playing the trailer and was chilling on the weak side. both suit him as long as he is playing on the low block. he is slow to defend the 4, but he will get his shite pushed in on defense when playing center. you just need to choose and he has said that he prefers to play the 4 so thats where i would keep him

Well whatever makes him happy. A pouting Gasol is an unproductive Gasol as seen before
Is Nick Young gonna start at SF?

Posted on 10/2/13 at 9:31 pm to NorthGAVol
He's projected to start at this point

its looking that way. and that is fricking sad that we are even considering starting him at the 3. if hill had any type of perimeter offensive game he could play it, but alas, we might have to roll out young
