Ummm you told me a cap gun was not a gun and now you are saying a wii controler is. That's the only way this isn't murder unless the definition of shooting an unarmed person has changed.

Typical response from someone who really doesn't have a valid argument. No matter, You have shown everyone in this thread what kind of scum you really are. Noone here has an ounce of respect for you, unless maybe its the other two pieces of human trash that have been posting here.

Ok, Ben. You just go ahead and point something gun like at cops and we'll see ig you fare better.

The kid who was shot in the chest on his own doorstep was clearly murdered.

If the object can be mistaken for a gun or threatening object in the heat of the moment, I can shoot you. You know that as well as I do.

No,What was repeated is he supposedly answered the door with a BB gun but I saw a Wii controller. also apparently the female cop who did the actual murder was crying.
Which is pretty much an admission of guilt in terms of realizing you just fricked up and shot a kid holding nothing more dangerous than a Wiimote. If it were a BB gun I highly doubt she'd have been crying in front people. Alone in her squad car maybe but not crying for the public to see. She broke down because she realized instantly she'd killed an unarmed child by mistake.
Sad thing is she had the correct reaction to what she'd just done while most of the cops who pull this shite don't care a bit when they blow away an unarmed kid.

On a misdemeanor warrant? So you're saying the kid deserved it?

I've seen a grown arse SWAT officer in tears over shooting a murderer, but sure it's an admission of guilt.

So IF the kid answered the door with a bb gun or a wii controller that looked like a gun, regardless of his intention, then the cop that shot him likely made a mistake.
I believe someone posted earlier that the cop that did the shooting was crying, seems to support the theory of a wrong place, wrong time terrible accident.
If it was an accident and the cop did not act with extreme negligence, then why should another life be ruined.

You can't be serious that identifying a potential weapon should mean killing someone.

Yes, in fact, I have shot someone before.

Yeah but come on there were two cops there to serve a damn pissant warrant for a non violent offender. I mean I get it when they sent the jump out boys through my doors and windows but damn why were guns drawn on a silly misdomener warrant. Quit blindly backing another leo just because she was a cop.

I know its too late now, because you have made a complete arse of yourself, but why don't you try to salvage something and admit that there was a mistake made and the child didn't have to die. You might can get out of here with a touch of dignity and maybe, its doubtful but maybe someone could scrounge a little respect for you.

The misdemeanor warrant was for a violation of probation. We have no idea what his criminal history is or what he was on probation for.

Either you're trolling or completely an arse

Why should he have to admit anything to someone that can't even properly speak the English language?

We've had some incidents here in Memphis where officers were shot while serving warrants. One included a female officer being killed when serving a drug warrant.

That is absolute speculation on your part.
The only thing we know is he was holding something when he answered the door.
You are waaaaay to emotionally invested in this thread because of your profession.
