And peppercorn oil.

Holy shite, has anybody eaten anything similar to a "pork dumpling in peppercorn oil" at a chinese restaurant?

I don't know if they effed up when making them because it was so late, but the things were one of the craziest meal experiences I've ever had.

The szechuan peppers and peppercorn oil smelled like straight jet fuel. Being the idiot that I am, I just scarfed one down without smelling it first.

Nothing too crazy at the beginning; "yep, that's a dumpling" kinda feeling. Then my lips go numb and my throat starts to swell. At the same time, my buddy looks at me and asks if I'm feeling what he's feeling (he ate 2 at once) and he starts to sweat. The exact same symptoms so I ruled out the allergy card.

I googled it and apparently it happens so much that I found this website: LINK /

So yeah, it eventually subsided, buddy threw up and had heartburn all night. Not me though, because I'm a fricking badass mudda who take no sheet from nobody.

TL;DR, be wary of szechuan peppers and peppercorn oil. Also, I'm high.
