"Chicken swirls"
These are prepared and look very similar to a filet mignon with the meat wrapped in bacon with a skewer holding it together. The only difference is instead of steak the meat is white chicken with the consistency of a pork tenderloin or thick chicken breast. Very good and a more healthy alternative to the red meat found in a steak.
These could be common all over the place for all I know but the only place I've ever personally seen them sold was in a small market in Selma, AL.
