10 pounds is a good bit, but really not all that uncommon. I think they shell out to one pound of meat for every 5-8 pounds of crawfish, so 10 pounds is less than two pounds of meat. I have bought a 10-pound bag of boiled crawfish and eaten them all in one sitting before.
