This is in response to the angel telling her that she would have a child by the Holy Ghost.
Sounds like an agreement to having the son of God if you ask me.
But the thing is she's not gonna say no; she would never say no because of the implication...
And it wasn't really a question from the angel. The angel said how it was going to be. Mary's options were to accept it, or...
There was no "your mission, should you choose to accept it..."
