I just had PRK surgery done on Tuesday for my eyes I’ve heard instances of people the next day having perfect vision the next day then there were instances of blurred vision for weeks after the surgery I’ve been on top of my meds and eye drops , doctor said some will cause blurred vision. Just wanted to know if anyone else’s experiences with this bc it’s been day four of blurred vision and it’s kinda got me discouraged

I had lasik and I could see the clock in the operating room when they finished. It's a miracle procedure

Not to worry some people have taken up to 30 days. But well worth it.
Also YouTube as videos of others recovery from PRK.

I had PRK in 2012, and it took about a week for my vision to come back, then probably 6 months before it felt really stable. Just do the drops or whatever they recommend and don't spend too much time looking at screens if possible.
