It's all good bro. I was nervous about starting it because I didn't wanna look like a dumbass. but now I have found some decent modifications. And honestly so far I burn out pretty fast after the 3rd or so superset and just lift the remainder of the workout

What are you guys diet like? I'm thinking of getting on an all protein diet.

For breakfast I've been eating either a bowl of kashi cereal or two pieces of wheat toast and 3 slices of turkey bacon
Lunch, typically leftovers from the night before. Today was black beans, brown rice, and 90/10 ground beef
Dinner typically some lean protein and vegetables and some grain. For dinner today we grilled shrimp and pineapple (little honey and cayenne on the pineapple)

But I did have a stressful day yesterday so we went and drank 6 margaritas. Then today is baseball vs South Carolina so I have a case on ice pulling up at Swayze

Oatmeal for breakfast everyday
Tuna sandwich or raw almonds with a yogurt for lunch
Small portions at dinner, trying for fish or grilled chicken most nights

Nothing wrong with that! It would hurt me to bike 10 miles right now... No way I could run it

Like I said earlier, I'm on a ketogenic diet. High protein and high fat intake. The kicker is that less than 30 net carbs( cards minus fiber) is ideal for a whole day. I can eat a lot of foods but it seems like I eat grilled chicken damn near every meal.

how long have you been doing this?

About three weeks. So not long but long enough for my body to get adjusted to it. My first week I felt like a zombie without the carbs so I implemented more caffeine to help get me through the workouts.

Working out makes men hungry and it makes women horny. It's genetic or something haha.
I had a cutie ask me two days ago to guide her through a single dumbbell row (to make sure I saw her arse when bent over...obviously) so I was helping her until a midlife crisis man decided to step in and act all macho because he heard her ask me to help her. What a cock blocker
