This is really the best scenario. Everyone knew Germany was going to advance, so we at least know we can lose to Germany and have a chance.
We need to beat Ghana and draw Portugal -- if we lose to Portugal it's all over because they'll definitely beat Ghana.

I believe we can beat Portugal. They are looking to be down 2 players and CR is gimping around. Also U.S soccer has pulled some upsets on big time teams.
