Annnnnnd here comes the hail. There went my chances of seeing the first half of the game. Will probably lose power soon.

Early goal has done this game all kinds of good. Brazil look to be clearly superior athletes. Oh and look...South Americas being trashy already om the pitch.

Oh and I'm jeleous of the Mexican dream you're living down there. I'm happy to be marrying the girl I'm engaged to, but never hurts to dream.

Best decision of my life. No idea what I'll do after I'm done with Mexico City, but leaving my security job to come down here and teach English has been a great move. Now that I've got some extra money to burn I'm definitely getting a gopro so people can watch me get robbed from the FPOV.

Also what did I miss? My feed keeps going in and out. Heard some boos.

Not much. There was a scrum near midfield earlier but nothing really came of it. The game is WIDE open. ESPN crew is comparing it to a game of FIFA. I agree.

Colombia need to back off the accelerator a bit. They're leaving too much space at the back.

Feed just came back and I agree. Their line is really, really high. Almost as bad as the Germans. But when you have a stable full of nothing but studs, you don't have to worry as much.

Best 30 minutes of soccer this cup imo. At least in terms of excitement.

They chop people's heads off there.

If I was a referee I'd be giving it to 'em too.

He just needs to give a card. A few of these challenges have been absolutely barbaric.

I'm all for letting guys play but studs up to the knees is ridiculous.

Don't get me wrong, I hate when play stops for petty things, but some of these have been way, way over the line. The ref may be in over his head right now.
