Good read about how the Spurs basically "Grizzlied" the Warriors into submission. Thought fans of both Western finalists would appreciate

Gonna be a great series

As fun as the last few years have been to watch the Spurs turn into an offensive juggernaut, my favorite Spurs teams were the ones like our '99 title team that defied you to score and simply ground out wins down the stretch. Even better that a like minded Grizz team is our opponent. This will be a throwback series that I will personally enjoy immensely. Sunday can't get here quick enough!

Yeah, the haters will be out in full force, and the word "boring" will be constantly bandied about. DGAF--we're in the NBA's final four while their darlings and cinderellas are fishing.

Congrats T

I actually was hoping for this match up ... If we(Grizz) are going to make it to the finals what better way than to beat the best in the West, Clips, OKC, Spurs.

I'm really looking forward to this match up and I predicting it's done in six, BUT WILL NOT BE SHOCKED if it goes to seven.

Congrats again Spurs and T! I am looking forward to heading to North Mexico and stealing one if not two games from you there

It's gonna be a classic series. I'm expecting it ro be 2-2 going into game 5 with both teams having won one on the others' floor.

This will probably be what happens but game 5 will be THE game that decides the series IMO.

Best of luck

I think the Grizz have won 19 of the last 20 at home. That's going to be tough to do.

Game 5 broke our back last year in the WCF (frick you, Harden).

Here's to a hard fought series with no major injuries but a lot of big boy basketball

This series will be fantastic IMO. Two heavyweights going at it. However I think Grizz win in 6. I really think we're the only team left that has a shot to beat Miami

I know and agree but I think T is right about this ... I mean there is going to be A LOT of old man basketball being played and you never know how it will turn out.

Plus we split the series 2-2 with them during the season ... so it's free game.

Style of play and coaching-wise, if any team is capable of doing it, it's the Pop-coached Spurs. Especially after silencing Roaracle.
