First of all, I'm not so sure that a UAB fan should be at the helm of this Operation of The Dragon Order Platoon.
I mean, for God's sake, UAB doesn't even have a football team. UAB isn't in the SEC. UAB exists to give free medical care to homeless people and the disadvantaged rabble in Birmingham, not to dominate TigerDroppings in an unprecedented manner never before seen.
No, this just isn't acceptable. I'll be taking over leadership of this dragon guild of trolls.
I'll be making the decisions, from here on out, as to which posters hold what positions and for how long. They will serve at my pleasure.
You had a good idea but your credentials don't hold enough water to implement it correctly. Thanks for the idea and you won't regret what I have effectively done.
If you wish, I'll allow you to be part of the Alabama Order if you apply for membership directly to me.

UAB's football program was shut down, bro. Try to keep up to date on things.
Now, as I've stated, The Order of The Dragon is now my operation. You will notice that I have even changed my avatar to let you know that I am serious about this.
I hold no grudge against you and, as I stated, will allow you to perhaps join the Alabama Klan after things settle down and we get the principals in place.
