Over 2 billion people ride the subway in a year
Surprising fact, given that there are only 331 million people in the entire US.
Tokyo, London, Berlin, Beijing, Paris, etc. also have very busy mass transit systems with a fraction of NYC recorded deaths.

Oh jeez... 2.2 annual passenger rides, you do know how that’s done right?

Taking Beijing out of this (and you can’t believe their numbers)
The subway is still the busiest one.
I also thought other than Berlin the numbers of London and Paris were pretty high
Maybe i was reading wrong information

So the equivalent of every man, woman, and child in the US rides the NY subway 6 times/year?
If the number is 2 billion, that means rides, not total number of people who have ridden. Many are metro residents who are habitual riders.
In any event, you can take the numbers of Covid-19 deaths reported in Bejjing, Tokoyo, London, Paris, and even Wuhan, and they still don't add up to what NYC is claiming. Is NYC over reporting or are all other major cities in the world under reporting? What's the motivation?
CA has twice the population of NY and the deaths reported in NY are 14.4x that of CA.

Yes. Obviously not everyone in the country rides the subway 6 times a year but if you use the equation, then yes that way that’s what it comes out to.

Yes that’s exactly what the 2 billion number means

I don’t think the other cities have been hit as hard as NYC.

California was shut down a lot earlier and is a state that doesn’t use public transportation as much. LA for one is a much more driving city
There’s around 10k deaths in NYC that have been attributed to CV.
I don’t think that is that big of a number and i don’t think that is that questionable of a number eithe

Update for Tennessee. 158 new cases and 5 dead. BUT 600 fewer active cases than yesterday. Now around 3,500 active cases in a state of 7,000,000.

Between NY and NJ they claim over 18,000 deaths. CA has less than 1,000. I know the former states are more densely populated, but I’m a little skeptical on their true numbers. Funding propaganda?
It’s crazy that they got all of these doctors and nurses in on it too at these hospitals full of critical patients that keep “dying”. Who knew we had so many great actors in this country?

Pretty much.

Despite unrestricted testing beginning last week with results trickling in this week the numbers for blount county(population 125,000)have been plus 2 cases for a total of 4 active cases.

Speaking of science, have you noticed the virus is only effecting 2 of the 74 genders.

Hey, maybe you Trump supporters can try Trump's latest brilliant idea and inject disinfectants into your body to kill the virus.
