I know that feel bro. shite sucks and I had to start out at the bottom but if you work hard it will pay off. I was working 60+ hour weeks and busting my arse and got moved up pretty quickly even leap frogging guys who have been there months longer than me. Theyve got me running our UPS/motor freight shipping and higher ups are wanting to interview me for sales.

Oooh.

Off topic kinda:

Have you seen the new tennis courts over by the old city pool? They moved the bubble from the pool over some new courts. It's pretty nice.

I haven't been over there since swim was moved to the aquatics center. My tennis friends have said it's nice though

I started entry level at my previous company, and worked my way up. You have to pay your dues and prove yourself.

Oh yeah. Being the youngest one in a warehouse will make you a man quick.

Good luck with the sales job. Sounds like that would be pretty good.

It is, but it loud. All that echo. I hate that they are filling in the old pool though. You could always bet on a turd floating in that cess pool.

My dad works for the same company as a branch manager and I started out the same way as him expect I moved off the night crew 6 months faster and he didn't even get mentioned for sales until years after he had been there.

Depends on the type of sales you're doing. With my company its different because you don't really have to go out and sell it instead they come to you. If I can score a job in industrial sales I will be rolling in some $$$

The lifeguards hate it too. I have a friend who used to work at the City pool and he said you have to basically go scoop it up with your hand because it will go through the net thing.
