My Northwest Arkansas friends I have a question?

Do you know of anyone who lives in the Springdale, Fayetteville area or within an hour who is a commercial hvac tech and or commercial kitchen equipment tech looking for a new job?
ETA please kill this thread if it’s not appropriate. I would have asked on the Arkansas board but I don’t have access.

there's independent guys who do residential and work for themselves (obviously), so you never know if one or two are not doing so well because they might be bad marketers
cherry pick them and tell them what you're looking for, say you're asking "Do you have any contacts who might qualify who you could recommend" and 9/10 times they consider the job for themselves before they recommend someone else
might check Springfield MO as well for guys who might be willing to relocate, because I think even Springfield natives prefer living in NWA

Market is pretty damn hot for those folks right now
Wang is right. Walmart campus is so big those people have been naming their price for 2 years, with 4 or so more to go
