I warm up with 11 mins of hit. ill walk for a min at 4mph then crank up to 9.5 for 45 seconds and just repeat that until I've done 6 sprints

i have switched to 3 eggs for breakfast, 2 pieces of toast. Then, for lunch I either eat steak, chicken breast, or some form of a chicken or shrimp feta salad.
dinner has mainly been chicken breast, with a mix of asparagus, green beans, broccoli, onions and peppers.

Took my lunch break at the gym, then shotgunned a shaker of CytoGainer. It's sittin' like a brick now, but I'll be starving in an hour.

I'm usually around 1800 that's why I said just from my protein shakes it is 1000-1100
