I saw people do this on hoopla and never lived up to it. The ones where you have to write something on a paper, winners choice, and take a pic holding it were the best lol. You lost live up to it

If you asked if he wanted to make a permaban bet and then he said "Sure why not" that doesn't obligate him to whatever terms you come up with after that. Unless you laid out the terms and then he accepted the terms, then there's no agreement
