Not all of my travels were military related though.
Grew up in NOVA, have lived in GA, KY, TN, TX, CA, and spent shorter terms in other states.

My SO being from Knoxville, we have been to the Smokies often,
It's beautiful.
But the Roockies make the Smokies look like foothills.

That may be, but I prefer the Smokies unless I want to ski. I like all the forests and plants. That's just me.
