That was most likely Trixie's merkin that got in there. We keep telling her to buy a new one for you old frickers that like bush. But, she refuses. She says that her customers like that old beaten up thing with the hairs falling out of it.

I do have a lost and found in the back behind the g-strings, perfume, and cigarette machine. You can look in there. Some of the waitresses put things in there from time to time. The only thing is that none of the employees are willing to put their hand in the actual box that is lost and found. You will have to fish it out yourself.
ETA: If you see a laboratory style medicine cabinet in there all lit up, you are in the wrong section. That is the on hand antibiotics that we keep in stock for emergencies.
