Lexington is a blast during football season. Keeneland and Football in the same day. Can't beat that.

I run into more Bama people I know out in Buckhead than I do in Tuscaloosa these days.

Lots of alumni from every SEC school in Buckhead, except for maybe the Mississippi schools, Mizzou, Vandy, Arky, and LSU.
We live in Midtown though. I like it better.

It's just where my buddy lives. We ventured to some "club" in midtown once. I was real drunk. Not my scene but I had fun for the night. We bailed when some big black gay guy started aggressively going after my friend. I was laughing my arse off

Nah. Midtown is the most diverse area of Atlanta, and I like it, but I can see where a lot don't. I live in the Atlantic Station neighborhood, and it's more middle class upscale. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and close to public transportation. There's even a Vandy fan in our building.
I can even hear the Bobby Dodd crowd on Saturdays.

Vanquish Lounge? That's the only club that starts with a "V" in Midtown.
That's not even one of the best clubs. You should have hit up the Atlanta Eagle, 3 Legged Cowboy, Bulldogs, Blakes, or Heretic.

The large homosexual man I referred to before is friends with one of our other friends. He's really a nice guy and knows everyone so he gets us in free everywhere. So I said I'm okay with whatever and went with the flow. We ended up there and he was really wasted and starting hitting on my friend so my friend turned all homophobe and wanted to leave. I didn't mind. I had a girlfriend so wasn't like I was looking to grind on some club girls or whatever.
We were also at like club Havana in Buckhead that night. It was a weird night. But fun.

Vanquish Lounge isn't a gay club. It is a very upscale club that a lot of gay people go to though.
You should have hit up Reign, Sutra, or Opera in Midtown. Those are the three big ones that all of the hot people go to. It could be a problem getting in though unless you know people.
I can get on the list to them, but I live here. A lot of people can't.

I was fine with whatever. Clubs aren't really my scene but I just go with the flow so I went where they told me. I've heard opera is a big place.
