I really miss tobacco prices in the South. It's $7 a pack for me here, it's made me cut back but shite.

Yes, smoked since high school. Started off on reds, been smoking menthol lights for the last 4 yrs. Just tired of it and another cigarette always seems better, but it's not.

Yeah I think wife paid 7.40 the other night at one local place. I remember it under 5 bucks in 04 when I was buying them by myself lol.
I could buy at 16, and I was the one who had to go get everyone else's. Had a nice beard lol.

I started off on lights and moved to Camel menthols.
Yea same. What gets me is the routine cigarettes, the ones I'm used to having when I first get up, after lunch and dinner, and before going to bed. I can go hours without smoking and not itch but if I miss one of my routine times I start to jones pretty bad.

Yeah that's what's killing me right now. I woke up and sat up confused this morning what to do. Lol. I did pop a piece of nicotine though and feel a bit better.
Can definitely breathe better today and smell a lot more. My car was noticeable when I got into it.

I am currently on 48 hours without a Diet Coke. Laugh if you want but I am addicted to them. I was drinking a 12 pack a day. (No lie). The money and the seeking behaviors was taking too much time. Plus, it can’t be good for my body.

Yeah I've cure back from about a litter of cola a day. I was pretty proud to drink two water bottles on the way home from class today. I've cut back on soda for awhile now. I still have my days though. Smoking was just getting out of hand. I smoke enough weed, so smokes had to go.
