Do they hate you? Do they think youd be a drag on intergalactic probing adventures? Do they view you as a poor example of a human?
Why do you think they would abduct others but not you

Surely theyd view that as a good thing though, it means you pick out minute details others cant and can sperg at other aliens when things hit the fan

They only abduct so many people per year, that's part of the treaty. Abductions take place for scientific purposes, and just like human scientists who tag animals and monitor them in the wild throughout their lives, aliens also like to monitor their human subjects throughout the course of their life. Most abductions are happening to the same relatively small group of people. If you were to be abducted only once on random its unlikely you would ever remember it happened. It takes people years and years of putting together small clues and maybe being able remember a couple of hazy moments if a regular abductee is lucky (or unlucky) enough to realize they have been a victim.

yea, if I had to give an answer it would be closer to Bowl’s. The numbers just ain’t right. Also they could have and I might not remember it. Also I’m not an exceptional individual and wouldn’t warrant special attention from said aliens.

It all makes sense now, waking up this morning with a slight sleep paralysis, thinking the light was on in the room but it wasn't.

I don't know if its normal. Thus far it hasn't affected my health, it happens so rarely when I sleep in a bed I don't worry about it. I have a friend who gets it a lot though. Don't know what the cause is. Its annoying though

You're not being abducted.

But if you actually want to know more about why aliens handle abductions the way they do, start by reading about the Greada Treaty of 1954

Several things can bring on episodes of sleep paralysis. For example, sleep deprivation, some medications and some sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea, are triggers. Also, sleep paralysis is commonly seen in patients with narcolepsy

quote:

Youth seems to be a factor in the occurrence of sleep paralysis. According to the Mayo Clinic, this disorder is more likely to happen to people between the ages of 10 and 25. Sleep paralysis is also more prevalent in those with post-traumatic stress disorder and panic disorder

quote:

According to a study in 2011 by Pennsylvania State University, 7.6 percent of the general population has problems with sleep paralysis. People with mental disorders such as anxiety and depression are more likely to experience sleep paralysis. According to the study, 31.9 percent of those with mental disorders experienced episodes.

Have never been diagnosed with any of this and I don't take medication. Don't know what it is.

Probably not a big deal. If it was you’d be dead already.
