You forgot that Jordan was All-Defensive first team 9x. But he can't play defense like LeBron can. He can only shoot and dunk...

And led the league in steals three years as well.

But yeah, not a lick of defense at all.

Has LeBron ever completely shut down the second best scorer in the league for an entire 7 game series?

Because that's exactly what Jordan did to Clyde Drexler

You remember the game that everybody was talking shite about MJ, saying he was only a high flyer athlete and quite frankly Clyde might be better at doing that ... That game MJ only shoots jumpshots the first half and drops like 30+ on them during the half ...

People were saying Drexler may be better than Jordan

People were saying Jordan's biggest flaw was he couldn't hit a three.

Jordan sets the record for most threes in a half.

Drexler scores like 15 points the whole game.

That was the SHRUG game

It was like Jordan was saying, "Even I don't know how I can be this awesome."

Absolutely amazing time to be an NBA fan.

In the 90s, it didn't matter if you were a kid or you were 40 years old, you watched every single moment of Jordan's games with absolute awe and wonder. He was just so unreal. There will never be another athlete like that.

He was the reason there was a drop off in NBA TV ratings ... just sayin' ... and I don't one way or the other but I'd go so far to say that they are not as high today as they were back then, even though KING JAMES is playing NOW.

It didn't matter if you were a die hard Knicks fan. When the Bulls came to town, you went to see Jordan. Not to root against him, but to see something that you only see once in a lifetime.

One of my most treasured memories as a kid was my dad through one of his business partners got us floor seats for a Bulls game in Chicago ... no words can describe how I felt being there, that close to Michael Jordan, Pippen, and the rest of the team.

I saw Jordan at United Center in 97 against the TWolves. He scored 40, and Rodman hit a three near the end

I remember the entire game. I remember the lights going down for the intro and that Bulls spotlight. All like it was yesterday.

so the thread does not warrant reading? good. I was just about to point out to him that his early posts regarding stats didn't take into account that Jordan had 3 fewer years than Lebron did at age 28.

You are completely retarded if you don't think Gretzky was as dominant in hockey as Jordan was in basketball, if not more so.

Maybe he's one of the 98.4% of Americans who don't give a shite about hockey. Just a hunch.

That would be my guess too. Or he's one of the 50%, give or take, whose IQ falls below 100. Or some combination of both.
