I did have enough hay to get me through till May BUT I had to start haying cattle in August instead of December because of drought.
Ended up buying 191 bales. In July I thought I would have extra this year.
Had 4 cows calve today.

Morning folks. A brisk morning here in the hills but it is much better than what my poor friends in Edmonton are enjoying. 3 straight days of negative -45 degree weather. Thank you no. I'll pass.
