I wish they would go back. Things are hard to get rid of when some of the neighbors don't take care of them on their places.

Get them before they set up housekeeping

It's amazing how many years that seed can lay dormant. Hate the thistles and cockleburs.

Thought were getting rain this morning but it fizzled out.
I need rain or heavy dew on my home pasture I put liquid nitrogen 32-00-00 down with week with weed killer and its starting to burn my grass.

I was dreading putting screens over my gutters on my new calving barn to keep starling nest out. Cost was going to be high or a lot of time if I did it myself. Found these Vevor gutter guards on Amazon. They come in sections so they should be easy to put in.

You should put some of those up so your cows can scratch their backs on them.

How has the Russian Thistle eradication program gone? I've dealt with them in the past and they are such a pain to finally get rid of.

Also known as tumbleweeds. They are a massive pain in the butt to clear out.

Worse. I worked at an uncle's (more like second cousin) ranch in New Mexico one summer. My job for a summer was killing weeds. It sucked.

I might have misidentified them we always called them Russian thistles but the University of Kentucky calls them Musk Thistles.

I hate these things. We have some tumbleweeds here but not a lot of them around.
