All is good here now. Most of Kentucky's outages are resolved, and we have dry weather for the next few days, so that should help.

If I’m feeding all of y’all I’m doing biscuits and fried chicken. Think like Chick-fil-A minis but for adults.

Good morning folks. 1st of the month so it is time... to pay all my bills. Nothing quite like the joy of watching the money in the old bank account steadily dwindle.

Good to hear. I've put out an APB with our company for donations. Going to drive down the supplies this weekend or next, once the big wigs have gotten things steady.
East TN and I26 going to Asheville has been devastated. Asheville is plain sad. Iron and Black Mountain are suffering heavily. Friends mom is trapped in Unicoi Co and we're currently figuring out a way to get to her. She's fine, just stuck. Her home was completely demolished, she lost everything.
Scott's Farm and local business owners have come together in this time of need in the best way possible. It's been great to see that.

Reminds me of when the people of Tuscaloosa came together. T Town Never Down. Me and a buddy drove down the day after and brought clothing, toiletries, batteries and canned goods.
I'll never forget how eery and silent Tuscaloosa was those following days. Still makes me tear up watching footage from April 28th

By their very nature high mountain towns are incredibly dangerous places for floods. Almost everything is built in the valley and the water naturally channels down there. Add to that no one expected the flooding to be this bad. Terrible news for East Tn. and WNC.
