Don't you know to always warn when it's Wikipedia? What next, bombing the board with Bleacher Report, in depth, slideshows? Wikipedia isn't a reliable source and the author is either a SJW collegian or a radical of some sort, an outside agitator.
It's not racial; it could be cultural if used by a non-coonie. Although, very rarely is it seen this way, usually only by a bitter and damaged individual.
But it isn't a black thing where only blacks understand.

I grew up around there. Not surprised in the least. Some good times were had to he sure, but it is an absolute shithole without question.
