Lew banned him from our board...or maybe it was the entire site. I just remember he told him it was time to take a break or something like that and he hasn't posted since. It was in the thread that DD kept insisting that he was an admin and he and I got into it.

It's on a case by case basis. Logistically Lew doesn't have to wait on my payments so I get a discount for that.
