Must be one of the attractive sorostitutes I mentioned.
It was gated 4 years ago so I assume it still is. Seemed like it was open most of the time though. Hell, most gated communities pass code is something stupid like #000 anyway

Northcutt or First Realty and ask about what they have available starting closest to campus
