I do all three. I use Alton Brown’s Aged Eggnog Recipe and let it meld together for at least 6 months. This year, I opened a jar that had been aging for 2 years and it was fantastic.

Well, I appreciate the recipe and I will definitely use it, but frick man, I ain't 6 mos time to wait. Need to hammer out a Sunday morning drunk tomorrow
