Well, if you could do Jurassic park with Dinosaurs, what says you cant bring hitler, Mussolini, Saddam Hussein, Bin Laden, Vlad the Impaler, Caligula, Pol Pot, Mao Tse Tung, Henry VIII back as well?
the new versions would not have the same history or experience, or thought processes, but why bring back that gene pool?

Other than the chickenosaurus no and its more genetics work than bringing back dinosaurs. Also there is no way to collect DNA of dinosaurs if that were possible than bringing back dinosaurs could be done.
