Pooping at work doesn't really bother me. It's pretty clean in there.

Unless there is shite or pee on the seat, i don't really know why it bothers people. It's just your butt which won't touch anything else but your underwear for the rest of the day

It's called eating right, healthy sleep cycle, getting up early enough to eat a proper breakfast, etc. If you're type who awakes in the morning with only enough time to quickly refresh, dress, and dash to work, then you get what you deserve.

I wake up about 2 hours before I have to go in. I poop everyday about 9:30ish. I can push it back if need be but it just doesn't happen before that.
