re: Do you know any tobacco pipe smokers??

I've been smoking a pipe for a couple years now. I love cigars but they are an expensive hobby.

I don't really smoke aromatics any more. Most don't taste the same as they smell.

I try to mix it up each day. My favorite blend was Frog Morton Cellar (RIP).

Now I mainly smoke Dunhill Nightcap or some other Latakia like Plum Pudding Reserve or some Virginia/Periques like Escudo Navy Deluxe.

There's definitely a steep learning curve to smoking a pipe and keeping it lit while not torching the tobacco. I've found aromatics are very difficult to keep lit because of the moisture.
