I haven't taken any gummies or anything in just over a month and still having the same issues. Been having to almost eat like a cancer patient. I can do chicken and and turkey on the grill without the skin and turkey from the deli for sandwiches. Can't do anything processed really though. Baby carrots are fine but not from the can.

I know some people have had gut problems and going to a carnivore diet helped them. I don't follow a diet that strict, but I am a huge believer in the benefits of cutting carbs.
You can try a rotisserie oven for chicken. You can throw smaller pieces in a basket or do whole chickens.
I picked a Ronco "Set it and forget it" for like $130 on amazon. I figured I basically had a 30 day trial if I didn't like it. We ended up keeping it.
Also I like to pick up rotisserie chicken from deli's instead of fast food, as long as it's early enough in the day.
Sounds like hell, good luck. My wife has stomach issues, and we keep expecting them to remove her gallbladder because her mom had to have that. But her tests come back normal. Her problems are mild compared to yours, but I think it's her diet. She eats all kinds of carbs, sugars etc that I won't touch.

I'm pretty strict on what I eat tbh because I used to be way overweight and this is all a brand new issue. Thanks for the advice and your concern. I really do appreciate it.

It's worth it for the deep sleep you're gonna get later on.

But a question would be are you getting fiber? I'm going to the gastro tomorrow because of a high red blood cell count, fallout from getting sober and getting liver enzymes back on track.
Have them check you for polycythemia. Hopefully it isn't that. I have it, courtesy of having high blood pressure for a long time without knowing it. Too many red blood cells interferes with having a good blood ox count. For me it means I'm exhausted pretty much every hour of the day.

Nothing serious. Need to do a gallbladder ultrasound. He still says it could be a cannibas allergy and that it can take up to 3 months to clear.

the ground turkey is awesome as well, for burgers or tacos or Italian creations. Treat it just like hamburger.
you already know

I've been doing ground turkey here and there. Best thing I've found like I said is the chicken and turkey on the smoker without eating the skin and deli sandwich meat. I can do plain Greek yogurt too which I already ate and the Core Power drinks are amazing.

Dumb question, but assuming THC accumulates in adipose tissue, wouldn't theoretically anything you do to promote lipolysis reintroduce that and glycerol back into your bloodstream?
In other words, some time ago if you powered through some gummies that you were allergic to, and those allergens got stored in your fat, and now you're burning through said fat and releasing those allergens back into your body, could you be experiencing adverse reactions again?
Maybe?

Thats basically what the dr is saying. But, it seems weird that it would take 2 months for the allergic reaction to begin and those made me feel better which is also odd.

How long does THC stay in your system? I know stoner myth is 28 days, but I think that's more related to passing a drug test.
