Well you two guys are top notch in my book. I’ve been reading the Rant for years but have only been able to post for a few weeks. Garnet took me under his wing and I feel like he’s had my back. And KS, when I first started posting, Carolina Girl just knew I had to be you. It was fun just reading the posts. Anyway, hope to meet y’all someday.

I didn’t do a good job telling it. Way to much to type so I short cut thru some lines. I’m bad at telling jokes but I always loved that one. Hate the taters.

Maybe I should have said a pig farm. But the joke I told was a very old one and told it the way I remembered it. Wasent thinking at the time how Clemson fans would turn it around. The whole premise of the joke is how stupid Clemson grads and Clemson extension agents are. The reason it took me so long to start posting is every time I tried to join, it said use a valid email. I was using hotmail. It wouldn’t take it. So a year or so later I tried and it said theat email was already in use. I was like WTF. So I opened a new email account. Not hotmail. It worked. As soon as the rant let me join I applied on our home site ( South Carolina ) a few days later I was in. But I’ve been reading the Rant for years. Always boiled my blood when somebody would insult USC and I couldn’t respond. Right away you were kind and seemed to have my back. I felt out of place and a bit nervous when posting. Lots of things y’all would say on the rant, I didn’t know what y’all were talking about. Hell I still don’t know who chicken and Lew are. I’m guessing Chicken rubs it all. My son went to usc and then got his masters at full sail University in Florida. I never went to collage. I took electronics my last two years in HS and went straight to work. First game I ever went to was the cocks vs ND back when I was a cub scout. I’m guessing late 60s or early 70s. Been a carolina fan sense. Hell I still have the black magic album from 84. I worked for the South Carolina anthropology dept as a diver. Anyway your comment caught me off guard. The thought of you or anybody else thinking I have anything but hatred for Clemson, feels like a knife in my gut. Some of y’all have become friends to me. I’d hate to think anybody would take that away. This is my favorite pastime.
